Mike’s definition of a spy: “You’re a criminal working for a good cause.” Coconut Grove politicians found that out when they tried to kick the USA series out of its filming hub last year, and met instead with mobs of angry TV. And where is this room anyway? In a gulag? Some remote black ops site? The place where Morpheus met Neo in The Matrix? I dunno. Maybe he or she will be the one who greets Mike in that well-furnished room he was sitting in at episode’s end. I still say the ultimate puppet master has yet to be revealed. Right? Either that or Management was playing both Simon and Mike in order to bring Mike back into the fold to begin his “big future,” which means Management could still be the one who shipped Mike to the hinterlands. Was Martin Crane lying? If not, then whoever played switcheroo with the dossiers must be the same person responsible for burning Mike. Management seemed shocked when Mike told him he and Simon were hanging out. That’s great, but who the hell shifted Simon’s file to Mike’s? Therefore he needed Mike to reach Management in order to regain his life as a vindictive murdering rogue operative. This angered Simon, who used to be Management’s boy. Simon’s nasty file was dumped into Mike’s. So, what exactly became of our hero? Let’s discuss. For someone with a rep for mass destruction, he didn’t seem to be the brightest bulb. 
He blew up a food cart and a helicopter, shot a minion and got schooled by Mikey. Meanwhile, badass Simon turned out to be a letdown. The sliver-haired fox known only as “Management” returned for a second straight Burn Noticefinale and it would appear he has big plans for our favorite spy guy, Michael Westen. Martin Crane is back! Or John Mahoney if you prefer.
